This Privacy Policy describes how Two Degrees North, LLC ("Two Degrees North," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and our software product, SMRT, an AI team member that helps real estate professionals work their contact database (the "Service").

- Contact information you provide, such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Conversation content exchanged with SMRT over text message and email.
- Business information you share about your real estate practice and your contacts.
- Usage and device information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, to communicate with you (including by text message and email where you have consented), to respond to your inquiries, to provide customer support, and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile number and begin a conversation with SMRT, you consent to receive automated and conversational text messages from us related to your inquiry and the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services, such as messaging platform and customer support providers, is permitted solely to operate the Service.
All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Service (for example, our messaging and CRM platform), and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices & Rights
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link provided, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing luke@smrtagent.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.

13. Google User Data
If you use SMRT as a real estate agent, you can connect one or more Google accounts in SMRT Settings. SMRT asks for one Google permission: Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar). In this section, "Google user data" means the information we receive from Google through that permission.
SMRT uses this permission in these ways:
- Free/busy times. SMRT reads free/busy times across your calendars, so it only offers showing times that do not clash.
- Your calendars. SMRT lists your calendars, so you can choose which ones block busy time.
- Showing appointments. SMRT creates, updates, and cancels showing appointments on the one calendar you choose for showings. An appointment has a title, a start and end time, and the lead who booked it as a guest. Google emails that guest an invitation only when your Google account is set to send messages.
- Event titles and times. SMRT can read event titles and times on your showings calendar, to list and manage the showings it booked.
- Account email address. SMRT reads your Google account's email address, to label the connection.
SMRT stores these in its database: the email address of your connected Google account; a Google refresh token, which keeps the connection working; and which of your calendars you chose to block busy time. For each showing it books, SMRT also keeps a record of the time, the guest's name and email address, and the event ID and link Google gives that event, so you can see and manage your showings in SMRT. The times SMRT offers a lead appear in its conversation with that lead.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train or improve AI or machine learning models. We do not transfer it to anyone, except as needed to provide this calendar feature, to comply with law, or with your consent.
You can disconnect a Google account in SMRT Settings at any time. SMRT then deletes the stored token for that account and stops reading or writing that calendar. The email address and the records of showings already booked stay in SMRT unless you ask us to delete them, using the contact details in section 12. You can also remove SMRT's access in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If anything elsewhere in this policy is broader than this section, this section controls for Google user data.
SMRT's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
